Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are fulfilled. Once shipped, use the return process instead.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
